A token-driven CSS system (colors, type scale, spacing, motion) keeps every page — Home, About, Apply, Connect — consistent and fully responsive from phone to desktop.
An application page with a validated multi-field form and clear open roles turns interested readers into contributors, backed by a Connect page for press and collaboration.
